Dry white wine, 750ml. Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeo. DOP Jumilla. This is a young white wine made from varieties grown on trellises with an average age of 20 years, an altitude of over 800 metres and limestone soils. The grapes are harvested early in the morning and mechanically to obtain fresh grapes. The grapes were immediately separated from the stems and after a light pressing the free-run must is decanted and clarified to ferment for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature between 10 and 16º C in order to maintain the fullness of the fruit. Tasting notes: Yellow colour with bright greenish reflections. Aroma of green apple, mixed with citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, the entrance is unctuous, with a balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
